If you build it, they will come (actually, they must come - it's the law).  The new high school on Carlton Ave appears to be moments away from being declared OPD (Officially Pronounced Done), but there's still some finishing touches that need to be done to the grounds: the construction materials have to be cleaned up, and then the driveway and circle can be paved.
