Gaining knowledge in a roundabout way.  There is a possibility that this schoolhouse, out of use by the time this postcard was issued (when, is not known, and there's no postmark to help pin it down), may have sat on the Washington Township / Mansfield Township border on Rt 57, just over the Port Colden bridge when heading toward Hackettstown; but that is not for certain.  (Caption by Thomas Allen Kelley)
