Oh, the weather outside is frightful.  A dedicated photographer ventured out into a freshly-fallen snow on a frosty winter day to capture this image of the colvert and tower by the mouth of Railroad Ave, at the west end of the railroad yard. Even though this postcard version of that photograph is extremely lacking in clarity, it still conveys the ambience of its time period, and so, is included here.  (Caption by Thomas Allen Kelley)
