I'm on top of the world, ma, part 3.  Here's proof that when these pictures were taken, the photographer was at the top of his game, or at least at the top of his crane. He was actually about twice as high as this, but didn't think about taking this backward-looking shot until he was part of the way down; but then, it didn't seem such a good idea to go back up again, so he just took the click from here.  (Photo and caption by Thomas Allen Kelley)
